We arrived in Curitiba and had a great time in the Reginal food fair on Praca General Osorio.

We are staying at Hotel Maia: (41) 3264 1684, room 6.

We took a sightseeing train along the Curitiba-Paranagua railway. The track goes through a mountain range that contains the source of 9 large rivers in South America, including the one that flows through Iguacu Falls.

The rail road required 13 tunnels and 67 bridges, and was considered one of the engineering master pieces in the late 19th Century.
