Highlights:

* The ride - The ride for the day was interesting with us... we sat all the way at the back...

* Sari purchasing - Even for the government sponsored trips, "shopping" stops were part of the program. We were "encouraged" to look at saris and handcrafts for a few minutes, but that time was extended as soon as anyone showed the slightest interest in purchasing. We fell in love with the Mysore crepe silk, and ended up buying one.

* Maharaja's palace Snacking in the palace, etc
